Module 1: Fundamentals of Leadership Role, Law & Governance Module 2: Nursing Science & Evidence-Based Leadership Actions Module 3: Social and Labor Law Module 4: Nursing Professional Management & Quality Management Module 5: Personnel Management & Communication Module 6: Service Planning & Personnel Assessment Module 7: Business Administration & Strategic Management Format and Learning Organization: The training is designed to be compatible with professional work and allows for a good balance with everyday work life. Classes are conducted as synchronous live online instruction with fixed class times, present instructors, and mandatory active participation. It is not a purely self-study format. Participants work with case studies, group work, peer consultation, transfer tasks, legal case analyses, and practical projects from their own work field. With a clear structure, fixed class times, and immediate practical relevance, you benefit from a reliable learning framework without having to step away from your professional development. Additionally, participants receive materials and resources for preparation and follow-up of the content. This creates a learning process that remains connected both in class and between modules. Practical Transfer: The training is consistently focused on transferring knowledge to everyday leadership. Case analyses, project work, and transfer tasks help to directly apply content to one's own institution. Additionally, an observation period in another care area or institution of at least 20 hours is recommended. This is not a prerequisite for exam admission but can meaningfully support the change in perspective.
