Sales Assistant Practice with Professional Scrum: Weekly Reports, CRM Maintenance, Condition Maintenance

Course overview

Objective This training program is aimed at all interested individuals who wish to expand their professional knowledge. The practical examples and exercises are specifically chosen to be highly transferable to the everyday work of sales assistants; participation is explicitly open to everyone, regardless of their current professional activity. Methods, tools, and content that can be applied in various fields of activity will be taught. Practical Relevance for Sales Assistants The following typical tasks from the everyday work of sales assistants serve as examples in the exercises; they can be transferred to other fields of activity during the event: Proposal folders CRM maintenance Weekly reports Condition maintenance Order entry Content The training is divided into two main areas. The first area focuses on project management tools. The basics and practical application of digital whiteboards such as Miro will be taught. The methodology of Kanban will be introduced, and the implementation with Kanban boards as well as the use of Trello for digital implementation will be covered. The MoSCoW method will be presented, along with its digital application using Asana. Additionally, the creation of agile roadmaps and the in-depth application of Jira for project management tasks will be addressed. Advanced functions of Trello and the practical application of Kanban will be deepened. The second area focuses on Artificial Intelligence. The fundamentals of AI and classical machine learning will be taught. An introduction to neural networks, deep learning, and generative AI are components of the course. The selection of suitable AI technologies and the design of AI-first strategies will be discussed. The planning and implementation of AI-supported process optimization, as well as the configuration of AI assistants and agent systems, will be emphasized. The integration of AI into existing processes and strategic AI marketing as a practical example will be covered. A practical project for the development of one's own AI system or an AI marketing system is planned. Finally, cybersecurity in the context of AI systems, ethical, legal, and responsible aspects of AI development, as well as industry-specific peculiarities and further knowledge will be addressed.
