Course overview

Objective This training program is aimed at all interested individuals who wish to expand their professional knowledge. The practical examples and exercises are designed to be particularly transferable to the everyday work of sales assistants; participation is explicitly open to everyone, regardless of their current professional activity. Methods, tools, and content that can be used in various fields of activity will be conveyed. Practical Relevance for Sales Assistants The following typical tasks from the everyday work of sales assistants serve as examples in the exercises; they can be transferred to other fields of activity during the event: • Proposal Folders • CRM Maintenance • Weekly Reports • Condition Maintenance • Order Entry Content The training is divided into three main areas: • AI for Project Managers* • Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and its applications in project management • Discussion of Foundation Models and Open-Source AI Tools • Integration of AI into everyday project work and implementation of AI projects • Engagement with ethical, data protection, and legal frameworks for AI • Evaluation of AI solutions and development of soft skills for AI projects, including communication, leadership, and change management • Excursions to project management and working with ChatGPT as well as legal frameworks for AI • OKR* • Conveying the fundamentals and mindset of Objectives and Key Results (OKR) in the context of leadership in volatile environments (VUCA) • Explanation of the OKR cycle, strategy pyramid, and creation of psychological safety • Guidelines for setting Objectives and Key Results, including the formulation of qualitative goals and measuring Key Results through metrics • Presentation of implementation models for OKR, synchronization of the organization, and derivation of initiatives and roadmaps from the strategy • Practical exercises for applying OKR, including check-ins, the use of CFRs (Conversations, Feedback, Recognition) and coaching, as well as review and retrospective processes for institutionalizing learning • Designing the transformation and rollout of OKR systems • DevOps Foundation Fast Track* • Introduction to DevOps, agile concepts, values, and principles • Discussion of DevOps Culture, Immunity, Stakeholder Management, and collaboration • Coverage of agile methods and service management • Explanation of DevOps roles, toolchains, and core practices such as Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment • Insights into Continuous Everything, testing methods, quality assurance, containers, microservices, and open source • Application of Lean Thinking and Lean Production • Consideration of the tool landscape, metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement • Discussion of change management and resilience, as well as strategies for typical challenges in automation • Integration of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks • Presentation of innovative practices such as ChatOps and Dojo • Application of Value…
