Course overview

This training combines commercial administrative tasks with fundamental knowledge of accounting and specifically prepares participants for versatile activities in the office. The focus is on organizing administrative processes and supporting accounting. Participants will learn how to structure business processes, how to professionally handle documents, and how to efficiently implement typical tasks in everyday office life. Additionally, basic knowledge of accounting will be provided, including the processing of business transactions and insights into accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Special emphasis is placed on practical application. Working with common software such as DATEV, Lexware, and SAP S/4HANA, as well as Microsoft Office, is an integral part of the course and supports the direct transfer to professional life.
