Course overview

This course prepares you for a role in administration or assistance and provides you with fundamental knowledge in accounting. You will take the exam as a "Debtors and Creditors Accountant." Additionally, you will learn all important aspects of Office Management. This includes the entire MS Office package (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, and MS SharePoint) as well as content in the areas of communication techniques, successful telephone skills, and preparing and conducting effective meetings. With this training offer, you will be prepared for the mentioned exam and subsequent activities in administration, assistance, or a secretariat. The course is up to date with current legal standards and is regularly updated. Course content: Debtors and Creditors Accountant - Basics Introduction and fundamentals of bookkeeping Bookkeeping obligations according to commercial and tax law Principles of proper bookkeeping (GoB), inventory, and stocktaking Balance sheet Bookings on asset accounts and extraordinary increases Profit accounts Special booking transactions: bonuses, discounts, and rebates Valuation of receivables Office Manager Complete package: Microsoft Office 365 and 2019 Microsoft Teams Achieve more in less time Communicate effectively: communication techniques Success on the phone - Proper telephone skills Rhetoric for advanced learners: Professional communication Home Office: More productivity and better self-management Productive meetings: Secrets of effective meetings This training can be individually combined with our other courses. The duration depends on the chosen modules. All teaching materials and examination fees are included in the course fees.
