This training course provides you with the fundamentals of digital inventory management using Lexware. You will learn to manage company, supplier, customer, and article master data, process purchasing and sales transactions, and conduct inventories and stock evaluations in a legally compliant and practical manner. Content: Understand the fundamentals of inventory management as well as commercial and legal requirements for business transactions Create company master data in Lexware and set up account frameworks, fiscal years, and basic system settings Consider payment terms, due dates, and default regulations when processing business transactions Record and manage supplier, customer, and article master data for inventory management Systematically maintain article information, stock levels, prices, and product data Process inquiries, offers, orders, as well as goods receipts and incoming invoices in the inventory management system Document and manage returns, special prices, and disruptions in the flow of goods Create offers, order confirmations, delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices, and pass invoice data to accounting Safely apply legal requirements for invoices, price indications, and inventories Plan and conduct inventories, evaluate inventory discrepancies, and assess stock levels Perspectives: With this qualification, you can confidently operate inventory management systems and support operational purchasing, warehousing, and sales processes.
