Course overview

Healthcare facilities are subject to a constant process of change. Concepts and strategies aim to ensure quality and guide the way into the future while also reducing costs. The further education program supports middle management leaders in their important position and helps them better meet their high responsibilities. It thereby promotes personnel, organizational, and quality development in healthcare facilities. The thematic focuses take into account the legal requirements for the "responsible nursing professional" according to § 71 SGB XI and the guidelines of the German Hospital Federation (DKG) recommendation from June 18, 2019.
