Course overview

Image generation with Generative AI creates image content from a text description, changing how graphics, illustrations, and visuals are produced. It covers how an image model works, how to control it through AI prompting, and what legal and labeling questions need to be addressed. Goals of the training Understand the process from text description to finished image Write prompts that precisely define image content, style specifications, and aspect ratio Create a consistent visual language using reference images and templates Establish repeatability through seed and fixed settings Use post-processing consciously instead of endlessly regenerating Assess usage rights, personal rights, and labeling obligations From Prompt to Usable Image An image model translates language into image features. The introduction discusses how strongly style and format specifications shape the result and why two runs are rarely identical. You will then learn how to formulate prompts so that the subject, composition, and mood are clearly described, and how to incorporate reference images as image references. A dedicated section addresses the legal framework: Who owns generated AI images, what applies to recognizable individuals, and when must generated content be labeled? Finally, the focus shifts to integrating this knowledge into everyday work - recognizing limits of use, establishing quality criteria, and aligning image design with corporate design and communication goals.
