This training course covers the individual disciplines in the field of Smart Repair, providing and applying repair knowledge. Focus on the application of repair techniques Handling tools on real vehicles Smart Repair Overview As "Small to Medium Area Repair Technology," Smart Repair describes methods that enable targeted repair of smaller defects on vehicles. These methods focus on eliminating damage. In vehicle preparation, Smart Repair is primarily used for surface and minor damage. Typical application areas of Smart Repair include the correction of scratches through paint repairs, the repair of dents and bumps, as well as the repair of damaged plastic parts with color matching. Additionally, the refurbishment of leather and interior fittings is carried out, glass repairs, and the replacement of windows are performed. Vehicle wrapping and window tinting are also common areas of activity. Vehicle Wrapping Training: Content and Objectives: The teaching content includes the preparation of the vehicle substrate as well as the professional disassembly of components such as door handles and turn signals. Multi-colored wrapping techniques and cutting techniques on paint will be taught, as well as window tinting and handling large-format wrapping films. Furthermore, the techniques of wet and dry adhesion, as well as post-processing and securing critical areas, will be addressed. The module on vehicle wrapping teaches techniques for applying special films to vehicles to change surfaces or their appearance.
