How AI is reshaping the German job market — and what to learn now

Administrative coordination, first-line customer support, basic accounting tasks, standardised content production, and routine paralegal work are all visibly affected. Job postings in these areas have fallen in 2025–2026 while productivity per remaining employee has risen.

Exposure is not the same as disappearance. Most of these roles are being reshaped — fewer people doing more, with AI tools as multipliers. The risk is being the person without the multiplier.
