Course overview

This training combines fundamental knowledge of accounting with modern project management methods, particularly Scrum, and prepares participants for versatile activities in the commercial sector. Participants will gain practical insights into the processes of accounting and learn how to prepare business transactions, process documents, and support financial processes. Additionally, key content of project management will be conveyed, focusing on agile working methods such as Scrum. As part of the Scrum introduction, roles, processes, and methods of agile projects will be clearly presented and transferred to the context of office everyday life. This helps participants develop an understanding of structured yet flexible work processes. The application of common software solutions such as DATEV, Lexware, SAP S/4HANA, and Microsoft Office is an integral part of the course and enables practical preparation for professional life.
